The primary mission of the asapm Young Crew organization is to “cultivate, develop, and support young project managers of today and for tomorrow, utilizing strategic innovation, sound leadership, and inspiration to achieve excellence within the project management industry”.

Our vision is to be recognized as the flagship organization that will foster and advance project management excellence for young project managers and project management practitioners throughout the United States.

Our strategic objectives include:

	Organize local and national project management events and seminars that allow collaboration and networking for young project managers
	Participate in national and international events such as the IPMA Young Crew Workshop
	Provide a platform for publishing papers, thesis, and white papers written by young professionals or students
	Offer recognition to exceptional young project managers across the nation through awards programs such as the asapm® Outstanding Young Project Manager (OYPM) Award
	Collaborate with young project managers, students, practitioners, and esteemed researchers to improve and share project management principles and methodologies
