asapm® Young Crew (Young Crew USA)
is a key component of the International Project Management Association (IPMA)'s growth and development of project leaders of tomorrow. We are an integrated network of professionals and students who are dedicated to advancing the project management profession on a global scale.
We are commitment to providing a platform for new and emerging project managers to build competencies in project management and leadership. The asapm® Young Crew mission is to “cultivate, develop, and support young project managers of today and for tomorrow, using education, leadership, and innovation to achieve excellence within the project management industry”.
Our vision is “to be recognized as the flagship organization that will foster and advance project management excellence for young project managers and project management practitioners throughout the United States.”
Our strategic objectives provide a framework for supporting our mission and vision, and to strengthening the Young Crew. These objectives include:
