Why PM?
Project management is the wave of the future
and the most efficient method of prosecuting work in many
environments. It has structure and is success oriented when
properly used.
PM Focus /Interest
Project management process implementation is
challenging and provides opportunities to construct a system
within an enterprise that can bring forth benefits. It is
perhaps the most challenging job to establish and evolve
a system that gives the organization the best chance for
success.
For Fun
In past years, Lew was
an avid chess player who considered himself a good amateur
player. He enjoys reading and typically has a book with him
on travel to occupy his time.
Worthy Words
“Don’t take yourself too seriously.” --
Colin Powell in My American Journey.
One should not be overly concerned with matters in projects
that don’t matter. Small, unimportant items can be
taken lightly, but important items need to be managed.
