Episode 1: Listen In on a Progress Report For a Current IPMA Project

Background
Broccoliman is our super-hero project manager; he selected broccoli for his persona because it is the most-green, most-health, and most-powerful of all foods. Project Office Woman (POW), also a super-hero and brilliant Functional Manager, has recently been appointed to lead the organization's Project Management Office. She is still learning the ropes about PM, but as an experienced Manager in her organization, POW really knows her way around.

The full purpose of the project, the focus of this episode, remains a secret. It is one of IPMA's largest projects in terms of scope and impact, and it will have meaningful benefit for society. A number of IPMA members from all over the World are involved with it.

Episode 2: Broccoliman and Project Office Woman Explore PM Certification

Project Office Woman, new to PM, but an experienced Functional Manager in her organization, explores the discipline of project management. She encounters frequent mentions in the media about project management certification, and asks Broccoliman if this would help their organization's PM Performance. Broccoliman offers gentle guidance about the differences between offerings in the USA market. They agree that this subject is far too complex to be covered in one short episode.
