Note the 500 letter limt. Make any adjustments to the message to personalize it, or add key points. Why? To minimize waste and maximize accountability & transparency. As stated in this Project Management Manifesto, these principles and practices require: Systemic use of a set of proven best practices for project selection, planning, budgeting, oversight, and reporting. Recruitment of experienced, responsible project leaders who are accountable to the American people for project results.
