The 360-degree Assessment is a method for providing feedback about your project performance from people with whom you work.
- Download the document (coming soon).
- Give copies to 3 individuals who are familiar with your work as a project manager:
- Your immediate supervisor. This must be a person you report to or reported to as a project manager.
It should be, but does not have to be, the person you reported to for the project or projects used in your portfolio of evidence.
- One peer (e.g., another project manager in your organization).
- One subordinate (someone who has worked for you on a project; it does not have to be the same project that you are using for your portfolio of evidence).
- The individuals must mail the assessments directly to asapm.
- These are confidential documents of asapm.
- The information will be used by the assessors to formulate questions for your interview.
- The results of the 360 assessment will not be used directly in assessing your performance.
