Completing the 360-degree Assessment

360 degree assessment The 360-degree Assessment is a method for providing feedback about your project performance from people with whom you work.

Give copies to 3 individuals who are familiar with your work as a project manager:
- Your immediate supervisor. This must be a person you report to or reported to as a project manager. It should be, but does not have to be, the person you reported to for the project or projects used in your portfolio of evidence.
- One peer (e.g., another project manager in your organization).
- One subordinate (someone who has worked for you on a project; it does not have to be the same project that you are using for your portfolio of evidence).
The individuals must mail the assessments directly to asapm.

These are confidential documents of asapm.
The information will be used by the assessors to formulate questions for your interview.
The results of the 360 assessment will not be used directly in assessing your performance.
